Shipping

The goods ordered from Voetbalshop.nl will be delivered to the address you specified in the Netherlands and abroad. You will receive a track & trace code via email to follow the shipment. Goods ordered on Sunday (!) to Friday before 20:30 will be delivered the next day (in the Netherlands and if in stock or otherwise indicated) in accordance with the legal provisions applicable in the Netherlands regarding distance selling. An exception to this are the products that require processing such as personalization or name and number printing and/or products that need to be reordered from the supplier. If the product is temporarily sold out or cannot be delivered, you will automatically receive a message.

  • When will I receive my order?

    You have ordered and of course you can't wait for your package to be delivered. We do everything we can to deliver within the promised shipping time. Of course, we will keep you informed by e-mail about the progress of your order. We will also contact you if there are any special circumstances that affect the shipping time of your order. During busy times, it may take longer to deliver your package. Once you have ordered, you will receive an order confirmation from us. As soon as your package is ready for shipping, you will receive an e-mail with a Track & Trace code, with which you can track your package on the DHL website: https://www.dhlecommerce.nl/en/consumer/track-and-trace.

  • Missed delivery?

    Were you not at home when the DHL Delivery person was at your door? Then the delivery person left a card in your mailbox with a delivery code. Via https://www.dhlecommerce.nl/en/consumer/support/delivering/missed-delivery you can make a new delivery appointment with this delivery code.

  • Pick up (DHL Service Point)

    We also offer the option to pick up your order yourself at one of the 3,500+ DHL Service Points in the Netherlands. When you enter your address on the payment page, the nearest service points will be shown. Choose from one of these locations and pick up your order when it suits you! You will automatically receive a message by email when your order is ready. Do you want to know if there is a DHL Service Point near you? Then look at https://www.dhlecommerce.nl/en/consumer/dhl-servicepoints and there is a 95% chance that you will find one within 4 km of your address!

    Identification requirement: when picking up the package, you will be asked for proof of identity. This information must match the addressee on the package.

  • Same Day Delivery

    Do you want to receive your order the same day? That is possible with Same Day Delivery! If you order before 14:00 and choose the shipping method 'Today' at checkout, we will deliver your order the same day between 17:30 and 22:00. €7.50 will be charged for delivering your Same Day Delivery package.

    Same Day Delivery is currently only available to Dutch addresses. If you do not see the shipping method 'Today' after entering your postcode, Same Day Delivery is not (yet) possible at your address. Paid shipping costs for extra service such as Same Day Delivery will not be refunded upon return.

  • Shipping costs

    For the delivery of your order below €69 within the Netherlands or Belgium, €4.99 is charged as standard. The shipping costs abroad differ per country. If you change the delivery address, the shipping costs will be adjusted automatically. (For all orders above €69, no shipping costs are charged provided that the delivery address is in the Netherlands or Belgium!). Please note; discount codes are often not valid in combination with other (discount) promotions. All prices on Voetbalshop.nl include VAT.
