How can I place an order?
Find the desired product via the navigation or search function at the top of the page. Select the desired size (if necessary) and add the product to the shopping cart by clicking on the green button 'Add to cart'. Once in the shopping cart, you can change the quantity of one or more products by means of the input field behind the product and proceed to payment by clicking on the 'Complete now' button. Via the shopping cart you will arrive at the check-out page, or the payment page. On this page you can fill in the address details and choose the payment method. Check your order carefully again before you complete the order. The payment is made completely securely via our payment provider Buckaroo, after which you will receive a confirmation.Can I have my order personalized?
Yes, at Voetbalshop.nl you can have various items personalized. Your item can be personalized if this is indicated with the product. For personalized items it can take 1 to 3 working days longer before they are shipped. Payment is quick and easy, you can choose from the following payment methods: Credit Card, PayPal, Klarna (pay afterwards), iDEAL or a Gift Card. From the shopping cart you will enter the payment environment, here you can choose one of the payment methods. The payment is made via payment provider Buckaroo. Did you receive a Voetbalshop.nl gift card? Congratulations! With the Voetbalshop.nl gift card you can order football products online via our webshop! Redeeming the Voetbalshop Gift Card is easy and quick on the checkout page. Choose the Gift Card as payment method and enter your personal code and PIN of the card to redeem it. Please note that it is a Voetbalshop.nl Gift Card and not a "voetbalkadokaart" or a VVV-voucher. This can sometimes cause confusion and unfortunately we cannot accept these payment methods. Do you not have enough balance on your gift card to pay for the order in full? No problem! You can simply pay extra using another payment method! Do you have credit left? This credit will remain on the gift card so that you can simply use it for a next order! The Voetbalshop.nl gift card cannot be exchanged for cash. For some promotions we use a discount code. Do you have a discount code and do you want to use it? Add at least one product to your shopping cart, go to the shopping cart at the top right of your screen and click on 'change shopping cart'. Then open the 'discount code' field, enter the discount code here and click on 'redeem'. The discount will now be automatically applied to your shopping cart.How can I redeem my loyalty points?
