Loyalty points

At Voetbalshop.nl we are of course happy when you place an order with us! We would like to give you something as a thank you, so that you will hopefully think of us first next time! We call these "loyalty points". These unique loyalty points are linked to your account and you can redeem them with your next purchase!

  • How do I earn loyalty points?

    With every purchase at Voetbalshop.nl you will receive loyalty points. The only thing you need to do for this is to create an account once during checkout. This is a requirement because we can then link the earned loyalty points to your account. When you log in the next time, you can see exactly how many loyalty points you have already collected.

  • What are my loyalty points worth?

    For every euro spent on Voetbalshop.nl you will receive 1 loyalty point. The collected loyalty points can be redeemed in the shopping cart from 200 points (worth €10). There is no minimum spending amount, so you can make the most of your accumulated loyalty points.

    An example: You have football boots worth €100 in your shopping cart, you choose to redeem 200 loyalty points. The football boots now cost €90. You will receive new loyalty points for this remaining amount!

  • How can I use my loyalty points?

    Do you have a Voetbalshop.nl account and have you placed an order with us before? Then you have automatically saved points on your account. You can use loyalty points for extra discount on your order. Add at least one product to your shopping cart, go to the shopping cart at the top right of your screen and click on 'change shopping cart'. Open the field 'redeem loyalty points', fill in the number of points you want to use and click on 'apply points'. The discount will now be automatically applied to your shopping cart.

  • Can I give away my savings points or exchange them for cash?

    Unfortunately, it is not possible to exchange your loyalty points for money. You can only redeem your collected loyalty points when ordering on Voetbalshop.nl. The loyalty points are linked to your personal account, so you cannot transfer them to someone else. It is not possible to use loyalty points from different accounts for one order.

  • Validity

    The collected loyalty points are valid for 2 years after receipt. So make sure you use the discount in time! Of course, the earned loyalty points will be deducted again after you have decided to return the order.
